Hey Allan, Thanks for this. You might want to check out the montage that Shakespeare's Sister blog offers a link to. It shows a series of photos from 1959 until, well, yesterday.(If you can't find Shakespear'e Sister or don't know her, she's listed on my blog roll somewhere. I wouldn't bother with this if I didn't think it worth your time.
You may already know everything there (I did not), but it's shocking when the photo pass right in front of you.
Aside from grim realty, let's hope we can all find real joy in 2007. Wishing you the best Happy New yet!
