Fox admits to North American integration plan!

Usually it's Fox News that goes for the sensational but this time it's former Mexican President Vicente Fox who is trying to grab the headlines.

Speaking on the Larry King show, Fox confirmed every assertion made by Jerome Corsi in his new book, "The Late Great U.S.A: The Coming Merger with Mexico and Canada"

Not only did Fox admit that he and George W. Bush have "agreed" to create a common currency, the Amero, he contended that a North American Union is "inevitable."

That’s something that Jerry Corsi takes issue with while applauding Fox’s openness on national television.

"At last we have public confirmation of the pernicious secret activity that’s been going on towards merging Mexico, Canada and the United States" declares Corsi, whose book became a bestseller shortly after publication. "Personally, I’d like to thank Vincente Fox. His candor about this merger is what’s going to stop it dead in its tracks"

Corsi continues, "Fox’s appearance with Larry King and, of all places, on The Daily Show constitutes the first time a leader of Mexico, Canada or the U.S. has openly confirmed a plan to create a regional currency called the Amero -- a plan I document in detail in ’The Late Great U.S.A.’"
Fox went on to explain how current regional trade agreements between the United States and Mexico are intended to evolve into other previously hidden aspects of North American integration.

Larry King, near the end of the broadcast, asked Fox a question e-mailed from a listener: "I would like to know how you feel about the possibility of having a Latin America united with one currency"

Fox answered in the affirmative, admitting he and George W. Bush had "agreed" to pursue the Free Trade Agreement of the Americas – a free-trade zone extending throughout the Western Hemisphere – and that part of the plan was to institute a regional currency from Canada to the tip of South America!

He also stated that full political integration of Canada, the United States, Mexico and Central America was inevitable. Not necessarily imminent, but certainly inevitable!

Sorry Quebec, but it looks like one day here in Canada Spanish will be our second language, not French.

Anything to declare?

Back in 1997 the Red River at Grand Forks, North Dakota flooded and then worked it's way north until the rising waters hit Winnipeg and caused 1/2 a billion dollars in damage.

Several other disasters have worked their way north over the border in the intervening years including numerous tornados and several hurricanes of which Hurricane Juan, which made landfall in Nova Scotia in 2003, was one of most powerful and damaging storms to ever affect Canada and damage was estimated at 2 billion dollars. (Isn't that more than Nova Scotia is even worth?)

Now comes word that a wildfire in Minnesota has crossed the border with total disregard for Canadian territory, immigration or customs and is threatening vast tracts of Northern Ontario timber.

Canadian Minister of Foreign Affairs Peter Mackay has issued a statement that border controls should be immediately strengthened and sent a letter of protest to the U.S. State Department.

He emphasised that these American bred disaster incursions into Canadian Territory, and the widespread damage they have caused, will not be tolerated indefinitely.

No word yet from the U.S. State Department.
