They said WHAT!

If you read this blog with any regularity you know I am not an Atheist, but (pardon the pun) I'm sure as hell not a Fundamentalist or anything close.

What I am is someone who has a virulent distrust of mainstream religion and extremists, such as the Fundamentalists and Islamists to name just a few.

I believe everyone should choose their own path to God but foam at the mouth whenever these "believers" claim to have a lock on the truth and feel compelled to convert me.

There is a quote by M. Scott Peck in my book "The Plain Truth About God" that has become my un-official creed and motto:

Since this is Sunday, and while we are on this topic, I have compiled a list of some quotes and sayings from Fundamentalists that confirms what Scott said!
